Six Sigma<p>Six Sigma is a business management strategy aimed at improving the quality of process outputs by identifying and removing the causes of defects and minimizing variability. “Six Sigma” refers to a six standard deviation distance between a process norm and its nearest specification limit; in practice, Six Sigma is also known by its improvement process steps: “Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control” (DMAIC).</p>
