User experience is the overall experience a person has when using a product, service, system, or learning environment.

User Experience (UX) is a Web user-experience or interface concept used to design how people navigate, understand, and interact with digital products.

In learning design, UX affects navigation, clarity, confidence, accessibility, motivation, and whether learners can complete tasks without unnecessary friction.

Product teams use this concept when shaping navigation, interaction patterns, page hierarchy, and the overall experience of using a website or Web application.
