Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) Glossary Definition

Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) is a Network routing concept used to select paths, exchange reachability information, and move packets between networks.

Network teams use this concept when controlling paths between subnets, sites, clouds, data centers, service providers, or Internet destinations.
