Delivered instructor-led, Train-the-Trainer, and web-based training for Southern California Edison’s enterprise rollout of SAP R/3 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) with bolt-on ClickSchedule and ClickAnalyze workforce scheduling modules. Developed eLearning modules, software simulations, technical documentation, job aids, and blended learning courseware supporting SAP ERP, CRM, Master Data, workforce scheduling, and enterprise information system adoption.

  • Delivered performance-focused instructor-led training for an enterprise-wide information system supporting a major SAP R/3 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) rollout.
  • Trained end users, trainers, and business stakeholders on SAP ERP functionality, ClickSchedule, ClickAnalyze, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), workforce scheduling, and Master Data modules.
