Served as an instructional delivery consultant and implementation team member for Halliburton’s Battle Red initiative, supporting deployment of a unified scheduling and mobile applications platform across seven product service lines throughout North America. Developed web-based training, instructor-led materials, release notes, assessments, test cases, and rollout support content for ClickSchedule, an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) bolt-on integrated with SAP Sales and Distribution (SAP SD), and Job Details Mobility application.

  • Contributed to development, implementation, and deployment of Halliburton’s Battle Red scheduling and mobile applications platform across seven product service lines throughout North America.
  • Created web-based training (WBT) using Articulate Storyline to train end users on ClickSchedule, an enterprise scheduling and resource planning application.
  • Developed instructor-led training guides, reference materials, step-by-step instructions, software release notes, eLearning modules, learning assessments, software test cases, and test scripts.
  • Delivered User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support and training, Train-the-Trainer sessions, classroom instructor-led training, one-on-one coaching, and webinar-based instruction.
  • Supported seven implementations of ClickSchedule and Job Details Mobility integrated with the SAP Sales and Distribution (SAP SD) module.
  • Provided training rollout logistics, field training, and post-go-live support across oilfield operating regions in West Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, North Dakota, Western Pennsylvania, and Calgary, Canada.
  • Assisted with change management, quality assurance, data validation, implementation readiness, and user adoption activities.
  • Developed and executed test strategies supporting software validation, deployment readiness, configuration accuracy, and training effectiveness.
  • Supported configuration, deployment, and maintenance activities across Quality Assurance, Stage, Training, and Production environments.
  • Translated complex scheduling, mobility, SAP integration, and field operations workflows into clear training materials and support documentation for end users, trainers, implementation teams, and business stakeholders.
