Designed, developed, and delivered enterprise training solutions for MAXIMUS in support of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts MassHealth program, serving Medicaid recipients, healthcare providers, Provider Services teams, and Call Center staff. Created web-based learning, instructor-led training, LMS deployment materials, and operational training content covering MMIS, HIX/IES, HIPAA, the Affordable Care Act, Provider Enrollment, Credentialing, QA, EDI, and Claims adjudication processes.

  • Developed computer-based training (CBT) using Articulate Storyline for the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS), Health Insurance Exchange, Integrated Eligibility System (HIX/IES), HIPAA, and Affordable Care Act training initiatives.
  • Designed, developed, and delivered training for healthcare providers, Provider Services teams, and Call Center Customer Service Representatives supporting deployment of the Affordable Care Act and new HIX/IES systems.
  • Created training materials and learning content to support MassHealth operations serving approximately 1.2 million Massachusetts Medicaid recipients.
  • Supported transition of MassHealth Provider Services from Hewlett-Packard to MAXIMUS by developing and delivering training for new Provider Enrollment, Credentialing, Quality Assurance, Electronic Data Interchange, and Claims adjudication protocols.
  • Developed web-based learning, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and procedural content to support operational readiness, system adoption, and consistent service delivery.
  • Conducted LMS vendor due diligence, evaluated learning management system capabilities, and supported negotiation of terms, pricing, configuration, branding, and deployment.
  • Configured, branded, and deployed a Section 508-compliant Learning Management System used by enterprise staff and healthcare providers throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Translated Medicaid program requirements, healthcare policy, eligibility workflows, provider service protocols, and system functionality into clear learning content for diverse user audiences.
  • Supported large-scale healthcare training initiatives involving Medicaid modernization, provider services operations, eligibility systems, call center readiness, compliance requirements, and enterprise learning deployment.
