Delivered field training for IBM Learning Services in support of A.G. Edwards’ national ClientOne technology refresh, transitioning users from legacy DOS-based systems to Windows-based platforms. Supported a large-scale financial services rollout involving more than forty proprietary financial and securities trading applications, with a 75-instructor team training more than 12,000 users across 690 branch offices.

  • Delivered field training for the ClientOne national technology refresh, supporting migration from legacy DOS systems to Windows-based financial services platforms.
  • Trained branch office users on more than forty proprietary financial and securities trading applications supporting mutual funds, stocks and equities, bond funds, municipal bonds, index funds, commodities, money market accounts, Treasury bills and notes, and cash management accounts.
  • Supported a national training initiative delivered by a dedicated team of 75 instructors to more than 12,000 users across 690 A.G. Edwards branch offices.
  • Provided hands-on instruction to financial advisors, branch personnel, and support staff on Windows-based workflows, application navigation, trading tools, account information, and reporting functions.
