Required: IV&V noted two Appendix G documents,
each with different titles. According to the
FX-UOCI-PD-14b-Operations-and-Maintenance-Manual-001, Appendix G is
referenced with a G-1 or G2 twice in the document but there is a single
reference to Appendix G. Please make the necessary corrections to either the
document titles or how this is described in the O&M manual. |
