The Script is in constant evolution as the needs grow. Currently, we do not need verification requirements as we are not accessing accounts. As SD grows, and access to other systems become available, then we will add verification questions such as MED ID, Provider ID and so on which are in the Future SD Script verification questions requirements.   2) After reviewing and confirming that both records are indeed the same, there is a merge option in SD that allows both records to be merged. 3) As SD merges the information, it doesn't pick one contact over the other, it simply combines the two into one.
