I have an excellent capacity to research and seek suitable supplemental materials to aid learning.

Skilled at adjusting pace, entry points, and rigor. Accordingly, I have a better chance of supplementing or uncovering what adult learners truly need.
Questioning is the art of learning. When learners ask questions, it is the best evidence of understanding and engagement.

Classrooms are evolving and dynamic. Depending on the day, the attendance roster, Murphy's law and the phase of the moon, I am readily able and willing to change plans to accommodate adult learners.

There is an array of online learning tools available which instructors and learning developers can use to encourage engagement, participation and a sense of fun in learning materials and the classroom.

If you do the same class, the same way, over and over, you'll get bored and it will come across to the learners. It may be the one-hundredth time you have taught MS Project, a proprietary system, or a new software application, but it is the first time the student has heard it. This critical information that you are about to impart may be simple to you, but it may be very complex to the student and make a major impact on their professional life.

I have the ability to make learning interactive and fun. As such, I have a much better chance of meeting goals and getting people to learn what they need to know.
